I absolutely love the food here. Always made fresh, and the collard greens are soooo good. The wing sauce options are different and so dang good. I highly recommend the buffalo jerk sauce. The crab cake was so on point. Along with the fried shrimp

Hello my PG friend! My wife and I just finished dinner from Souls Food Restaurant, and let me tell you -- they did not miss. She had the smothered pork chops with mac n cheese, and candied yams. I went with the smothered chicken and the same sides. Every bite, down to the very last scrap, was flat-out amazing. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be sending folks your way whenever they come through. Thanks for delivering such a great dining experience! Dennis & Nadine

The drive was worth every bite. The staff are super friendly and the side dishes are really good 10/10 will come again when I visit Daytona

My family and I were in town for the weekend and craved soul food. A quick search led us to this restaurant based upon top reviews. Well, we were not disappointed! The service and food were both winners! The turkey wings were so flavorful...cooked until tender! Nice sized portions! Definitely returning!

Soul food is one of the BEST Soul Food Restaurants in town! Since the Pandemic hit, they are now carryout only. But you can call ahead, place your order and pick it up. The owners have a nice ventilator system that blows germs in the air back out the front door! Their sauces for their boneless wings are amazing! The fried chicken is made fresh to order and the baked turkey wings are the best in town!

OMG MY STOMACHE HURTS IN A GOOD WAY I WAS FULL BUT I JUST KEPT ON EATING IT WAS SO GOOD! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SOUL FOOD I'VE HAD OUT HERE IN FLORIDA. MAD PROPS TO YA YOU DIFFINETLY GOT THIS IN THE BAG! 💪👊😋 CANT WAIT TO COME BACK. THE MAC & CHEESE THE FIRED CHICKEN FISH THE PORK CHOP THEM BEANS AND RICE AND GRAVY WHICH I USUALLY DONT DO LORDT IT ALL HIT! THAT IS MY EMPY PLATE MY HUSBAND ALREADY THREW HIS OUT 😂 TORE IT UP! Delicious ain’t even the word this is some real home cooked food Hands down one the best meals I’ve had in quite some time !! It’s across from the plaza where the hiphop chicken is look for a black food truck !! I’m a real food head too !!! Satisfied all my pregnancy cravings and the lemonade WHAT!! Don’t walk RUN to get some food there it’s worth it !!! I got smothered chicken Mac and cheese and green beans corn bread and lemonade yall gots to go there you’ll be back !

Two of my daughters and I had chicken tenders with french fries, fried pork chop with with macaroni and cheese, and I had fried shrimp with spicy cabbage. We also ordered two cornbread rolls. We were short on time so we ordered everything to go. Note that they have canned soda. Looks like Pepsi products. All the food was really good, well executed and the kids said they would go there again.
